Who We Are

Punster Productions is a small, family-owned business in Wilmington, Delaware, USA.  ("Land of Tax-Free Shopping!")

We are dedicated to the idea of the American Dream, to own and operate our own business, providing good services at a fair price.

Sure, we hope to become wealthy someday!  (Or at least pay for our children's college expenses).  We firmly believe that the right way to get wealthy is to treat our customers right.  If we can make money by keeping our customers happy, then we are doing it right!

Our President and Founder, Jim Roberts, is an experienced aerospace engineer, with many, many years of experience with computers, right from the nuts and bolts of the hardware, on up to the operating systems and application software that makes them go.  He is a 1983 graduate of M.I.T.  He is also our tech support, delivering services to our satisfied customers.  He is happy to take your questions, anytime.  He does love his email, so that's the best way to contact him: (punster@punsterproductions.com).

Our Vice President, Jennifer Roberts, is a wonderfully gifted young woman, learning the trade and preparing to take over the company one day.

We also have a very special corporate officer, Rebecca Roberts, who very ably fills the role of "Company Princess."  She provides tremendous motivation to the organization!  Her laughter, smiles and hugs make everything worthwhile.
